I received this as a present, a present which I quickly "re-gifted". Yes, you put in a tortilla, then goodies, then another tortilla, and then you microwave it. Great idea, right! Wrong. Quesadillas are best when you have a crisp and light outside with a thin, gooey layer inside. This doesn't deliver that; instead it steams the whole concoction leaving you with a gooey, chewy outside and a gooey inside. Oh, and I noticed a very foul flavor that was not in any of the ingredients after I microwaved my food in this thing.
Yes, I know people like to cut down on the oil, but a Quesadilla done right can be done with very little oil and no greasiness.
