As other reviewers have stated it is very hard to get the timing right for a correctly cooked egg. Seems like the times I've used (1000 watt oven)per the instructions left the whites runny. I have tried this product many times and have not been able to perfect the poached egg as per instructions. I have either made the egg too hard or too loose. The time they say is not accurate. All I get is hard boiled egg. Ive tried it with less mins. and it was too loose. Cant get the correct time to produce the microwave poached egg.Customer Review: microwave egg poacher

not sure what I think of this product...I have not reached the "poached" stage with it yet...I like egg white cooked and the yolk runny...so far "well-done" is the only stage I can find.Customer Review: too small

it makes the egg into a little ball shape, and its too round in the bottom, so you really can use on english muffin sandwich...
any microwave safe, round tupperware would be better then this.
this thing is already in the cupboard... way in the back.
