Love this, I keep packaged mix salad on one side and cut up brocolli and califlower on the other side and keeps sooo long! It is very convenient to take out and have all the fixings for your salad all in one container and keeping them fresh. Love salads but do get tired of going to the bin and finding the lettuce brown or yucky. Thought i'd give this a try and low and behold it actually works. My lettuce stays nice and crisp and since you're supposed to wash it before you store it, you don't have to worry about doing anything but pulling it out for a salad. i noted that even the weeks we end up eating out a lot the only thing that happens is the ends turn that sort of pink color but you can easily break them off and save the rest of the leaf. would have given it five stars but it's very large and takes up an inordinate amount of space in the refrigerator.Customer Review: Lots of space, does what it says

I was mostly looking for a fridge organizer, but this was an added bonus. It's spacious and it does what it says - keeps veggies (or fruit) fresher longer, and provides a chart with storage recommendations. I will say I'd have preferred something more rectangular. - there's no point to all the rounded angled walls, and we can always use more space. On the other hand, it fits in the vegetable bins, which are sloped on the back wall, so maybe that's the purpose.
