This is a great little nut chopper. It works great. If you have ever used a food processor to chop nuts and had them turn into mush, you could find this product useful. The nuts it chops ALL come out perfect for cookies, candies, etc. AND, you don't have to plug it in. Sometimes simple if better.

This heavy duty nut chopper has a durable stainless steel chopping mechanism that will not only chop the softer nuts such as walnuts and peanuts, but will also chop hard almonds without damaging the teeth. Measurements are clearly printed on both sides of the 1 1/3 cup capacity ABS plastic container. The oversized santoprene grip handle is designed for left or right handed users, There is a "fine" and "coarse" grinding option. Non-skid base keeps the Nut Chopper stable while grinding. PatentedLove nuts but can't take the pressure on your teeth? This nifty hand-turned grinder will soften up nuts of all kinds for you. Just fill the top half with the nuts of your choice, set the grind option to coarse or fine, and crank away. The soft santoprene handle works for both lefties and righties. As the handle turns, the chopped nuts fall into the bottom unit, which is marked in increments of 1/4 cup to 1-1/3 cups for use in recipes or for diet control.
The chopper features sharp stainless-steel blades that work on either soft nuts, like peanuts and walnuts, or hard ones, like almonds. The top and bottom units are made of clear durable ABS plastic so you can see the contents. A non-skid base prevents the chopper from jumping around during use, and when the nuts are all chopped, the parts disassemble for easy cleaning. --Ann Bieri
