I bought these straws hoping to receive extra long straws. The description said the straws were 10.5" long, however that length is when the flexible part of the straw is fully expanded. In other words, these straws are no different than the ones you can buy at your local grocery story. They are nice straws, but I should have read more carefully before buying them.Customer Review: Plain Old Straws - Good Enough for Most Uses

I ordered straws because I already had stuff that I was going to order and this way I didn't have to remember to pick them up at the store. We have a 3 year old and depending upon the time and place a straw is a lot better than trying to use a glass. Friends who only have big or heavy glasses comes to mind. They have that little accordion thing near one end that lets them bend, which is nice if the height isn't exactly right for your toddler. The only odd thing is that they come in three colors, one of which is definitely blue, and the others which can best be described as turqoise, teal, or blue-ish. That shouldn't really matter for most people, but if you have a toddler, these straws will lead you down the path to a discussion of third-tier colors when she asks, "What color is this?"
As far as quality goes, I haven't noticed any that had wholes or cracks that messed up their suction. They do what they are supposed to do, and nothing more.
I would not call them reusable. I don't know how you could possibly clean them so that you would feel comfortable reusing them. They seem more disposable to me.

The description for these straws stated that they were 11 inches. When they arrived, the package said they were 8 inches and indeed they are 8 inches, not the 11 I need them to be. I find this is rather deceptive. 8 inches is too short for my sports bottles. I can buy 8 inch straws lots cheaper at Wal-Mart! I'm greatly disappointed.Customer Review: Straws are OK.

They are just straws and they do the job they were intended for. I have had no problems reaching the bottom of the glasses I use with them. For the price they are the best deal on straws.Customer Review: They Got It ALL WRONG!

I ordered these straws because they matched my colour scheme and when they arrived, they were all the colours of the rainbow and not what was outlined in the product features. I am very upset. I expect what I pay for.
